Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on Monday or the next available business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can vary significantly and cannot be calculated by us in advance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging immediately and, if possible, ask the delivery driver to note the damage on the delivery record before accepting the shipment.

We may request these photographs as proof of damage when processing a claim or replacement.
